Architecture Practice was the foundation of my real estate career.  I became a builder and developer of residential communities and commercial investment properties.  Over the past 25 years I have designed and built award winning single family, town home, and condominium neighborhoods in Pennsylvania, including many Central Pennsylvania communities. 

I have owned and operated an independent real estate brokerage company and a title insurance company in addition to the real estate development and building companies. 

My local development experience has helped create an appreciation for the various township, borough and   facilities, features and amenities. 

My experience in closing hundreds of residential and commercial transactions helps me provide guidance and detailed assistance to our clients.  But most of all ---------
